Hyde County Historical and Genealogical Society

The Hyde County Historical Society came into being on January 29, 1973. It meets the third Saturday of each month at the Highmore Museum at 113 Iowa Ave. South. The society continues to take any and all donations. Donations should pertain to South Dakota, Hyde County, the City of Highmore or may be a family item that is wished to be shared. Donations may either become society acquisition or may also be put on loan.
