Hyde County Historical and Genealogical Society

The Hyde County Historical Society came into being on January 29, 1973. It meets the htird Saturday of each month at the HIghmore Museum 113 Iowa South. Dues are $7 for individuals and $10 for families. The telephone number is 605-852-3148. Please leave a message.

The Society continues to take any and all donations. Donations should pertain to South Dakota, Hyde County, City of Highmore or may be a family item that is wished to be shared. Donation may either become Society acquisition or may also be put on Loan.
